We didn't set out to build a fragrance business. We set out to build something people actually looked forward to. A place where every person matters, every preference is remembered, and every scent tells a story.
Esther is the reason people come back. Not just for the fragrances (though those are wonderful) but for her. She has a rare gift: she makes every single person she talks to feel like the most important person in the room.
She remembers that you love vanilla base notes but not powder. She knows your daughter's birthday is coming up. She'll spend ten minutes with you, on camera, in front of everyone, finding the right scent. Because that's just who she is.
On The Esther Show, you are never "chat." You are never a number. You are a person with a name, a story, and a perfect fragrance waiting to be discovered.
"Smells a-MAY-ziiiinng!"
— Esther's signature sign-off on every great findThe principles behind everything we do on every show.
Every person who joins our show deserves to be known by name. Not called "chat," not rushed, not overlooked.
We don't do nonsensical catchphrases or pressure tactics. We do honest conversations about scents we genuinely love.
Our show is a warm, welcoming space for every kind of fragrance lover: all ages, all tastes, all welcome.
Beautiful Blue Sky is built on the values of service, integrity, and showing up, every single show.
Every great show has someone making sure everything works. For The Esther Show, that's Bill, and he does a lot more than keep the lights on.
Bill has built a comprehensive fragrance database from scratch, cataloguing notes, accords, scent profiles, and buyer preferences, show by show. Before Esther ever picks up a bottle, Bill already knows which fragrances match which customers.
He holds an MBA and an MS in Management & Leadership, which means the warm, community feel of the show is backed by serious operational structure. Beautiful Blue Sky runs like a business because it is one.
