Every great show has someone making sure everything works. For The Esther Show, that's Bill, and he does a lot more than keep the lights on.

Bill has built a comprehensive fragrance database from scratch, cataloguing notes, accords, scent profiles, and buyer preferences, show by show. Before Esther ever picks up a bottle, Bill already knows which fragrances match which customers.

He holds an MBA and an MS in Management & Leadership, which means the warm, community feel of the show is backed by serious operational structure. Beautiful Blue Sky runs like a business because it is one.
